Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you love your pieces, but if for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date (Effective as of 10/21/2023).


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective piece, it can be exchanged for a new item. However, we must receive an email in regards to the defect within 30 days of the original ship date. We will send you a return label so you can ship the item back to us and we will ship out a new item!

 

Exchanges: 

We are happy to offer an exchange in the form of store credit, minus the shipping charges, for all returned items received back by us within 30 days from the original ship date to you. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please include the original order number and email cs@kristahorton.com to start the exchange process. 

 

Returns:

Shipping and returns are on us if done within 30 days of your shipment date. Email cs@kristahorton.com to get your return started. We are happy to offer a refund back to the original payment method if it’s within 14 days of purchase or in the form of store credit if it’s within 30 days of purchase. Regardless of timeline, these refunds are minus the shipping charges. Items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Please include the original order number.

 

  • Please Note - Closeout & Sale priced items are Final Sale and non-refundable. 
  • Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
  • Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit.
  • Original shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
  • The shipping cost to send back a return is covered by us.

 Additional Information:

  • If we have any questions in regards to your exchange or return we will contact you via email. If we do not hear from you within two weeks, your item(s) will be returned to inventory and store credit will be issued. 
  • Closeout and Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
